- On our website, you'll find browsing options located in on the top drop-down menu of links or scroll down the page to find different categories. Here, you can explore our products in different ways: by viewing all products, sorting by type, sizes, accessories, or by your favorite brands.
- When you're on a specific product page, you'll notice five pictures of the product. To view all the pictures, you can either click through them using the arrow buttons located on the left and right of each enlarged photo or simply click on the small photo at the bottom to enlarge it.
- On the product page, you'll also find important information such as the product name, model number, detailed description, and features. Sometimes, you'll also find measurements. Additionally, we provide the product price and any extra items included by UKE Republic, such as free setup and a padded uke bag.
- Please be aware that the product pictures on our website may not represent the exact product you are ordering or will receive unless otherwise stated on the product page. Most of our instruments are crafted from wood, making each one unique with different wood grains, natural patterns, and inclusions. Additionally, tuner finishes (chrome, gold, black) may vary.
- We do our best to keep our website updated with our products, especially when there are changes from the manufacturer. If you'd like to see pictures of the actual instrument you plan to order or the one you will receive, please contact us. We will be happy to send you pictures privately via email or phone text. - Please note that occasionally, deliveries may take a bit longer due to factors like weather, customs processes, holidays, national emergencies, or pandemics.
- If you need your order to arrive faster, you can request express shipping when you place your order. Keep in mind that this service comes with additional fees, and we'll invoice you through PayPal or accept payment over the phone.
