The Replica takes all its inspiration from one of Romero's tenors that feature all these high-end features such as abalone inlay, ebony fingerboard and bridge, solid tonewoods and satin finish.Â
The sound is precise and robust. Part of the secret of tapping into the full projection and long sustain is Romero's reverse fan bracing which allows the top and back to resonate in a big way. When you hold this instrument and play you can really feel the vibration coming through feeding that sustains.Â
Playability is excellent with a nut width of 1.5" paired with a lean neck profile.
