Romero takes inspiration from one of their tenor models that features all these high-end features such as abalone inlay, ebony fingerboard and bridge, solid tonewoods, and gloss finish.Â
The sound is precise and robust. Part of the secret of tapping into the full projection and long sustain is Romero's reverse fan bracing which allows the top and back to resonate significantly. When you hold this instrument and play, you can feel the vibration that sustains from feeding.Â
Playability is excellent, with a nut width of 1.5" and a lean neck profile.
