KoAloha offers the new Opio acacia line, made in their own luthier works in Thailand. Much training was put into getting the build-down to the proper technique used in their Hawaiian-made ukuleles.Â
Using solid acacia for the body, you get a sound close to koa. The tone on these is brilliant and full of fantastic projection, so typical of KoAloha. You still get an easy-to-play fast neck too.
